New FCB interface with USB3.0

The FCB-IF-USB3, our new USB3.0 interface for FCB block cameras, supports the EH, EV, SE600 and MA130 families.

A main feature is the very good performance, even when only USB2.0 connections are available, as MJPEG-compression is used in this case.
